Adds an opt-in OBS window capture mode so the overlay can be captured under OBS Window Capture, a Toggle Overlay quick action with an Alt+O hotkey, and reworks where ads appear: the in-game overlay ad is gone, with ads now shown in the launcher and on the Dune map window.

The installer now installs the Bridge Host separately rather than managing its service itself, avoiding the service lifecycle issues that could leave the bridge host in a broken state during install, update, or uninstall.

Fixes installer issues where the bridge host service could rarely get stuck in a broken state, lets you move the ad window in overlay edit mode, and adds a one-time startup notice about running the game in Windowed Fullscreen or Windowed mode for overlay features.

A round of fixes and friendlier defaults: the Dune game locale now persists correctly, new app defaults (no auto-start, regular minimize, close-on-close, and Show App bound to Alt+A), a fix for a bridge host startup issue that affected some updates and sleep/hibernate recovery, and quieter logs.
